A company is looking for a SVP, Growth to drive direct-to-consumer revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead high-performing Marketing and Product teams to achieve growth goals
- Develop and execute a strategic Digital Product roadmap to balance short-term and long-term growth
- Collaborate with executives on revenue forecasting, investment planning, and strategic prioritization
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of scaling a DTC business to $100M+ in revenue
- Experience in performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and product-led growth strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to own a P&L and set growth targets
- Experience leading teams in performance marketing, lifecycle, and/or product functions
- Familiarity with pricing, packaging, and merchandising strategies
