Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Support Specialist to assist with IT support and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and resolve incoming tickets in Freshdesk/Slack
  • Troubleshoot common application issues (Zoom, Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive)
  • Reset passwords and assist with Google Workspace 2FA issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4-6 years of IT support experience
  • Hands-on experience with Freshdesk or another IT ticketing system
  • Basic knowledge of macOS troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently, follow SOPs, and document work clearly
