A company is looking for a System Support Specialist to assist with IT support and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve incoming tickets in Freshdesk/Slack
- Troubleshoot common application issues (Zoom, Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive)
- Reset passwords and assist with Google Workspace 2FA issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 4-6 years of IT support experience
- Hands-on experience with Freshdesk or another IT ticketing system
- Basic knowledge of macOS troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently, follow SOPs, and document work clearly
