Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Analyst III - Consumer Servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a business and systems liaison to develop and implement technical solutions for business needs
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and recommend improvements based on identified problem trends
- Monitor system performance, conduct quality assurance checks, and provide client training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 4+ years of system analysis, operations, or technical project management experience required
- Intermediate knowledge of mainframe and web-based processing applications
- Intermediate understanding of credit card compliance and regulations preferred
- Bankcard operations experience strongly preferred
