Systems Analyst, Workforce Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst, CS Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the global WFM platform for reliability and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and system enhancements
• Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for the WFM platform

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in systems/application support or analysis
• 3+ years' experience with large call centers and third-party WFM applications
• Strong understanding of WFM platform data structures and reporting
• Expert-level Excel skills, including complex calculations and pivot tables
• Highly analytical with experience in statistical methods and call center planning methodologies
