Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain a secure infrastructure while ensuring the performance and reliability of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and security of the Microsoft environment, including Active Directory and network optimization
• Oversee email system performance, including planning, configuration, and maintenance of email architecture
• Administer physical and virtual server environments, including SAN and web services, while managing disaster recovery and business continuity processes

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the IT field
• 5 years of experience in VMware server virtualization administration
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network security
• Extensive experience with Windows operating systems and environments
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent years of service
