Systems Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer II - Workstation Patch Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure patch compliance across all managed client endpoints (Windows/MacOS)
• Perform troubleshooting of patching related issues and vulnerability remediation
• Collaborate with IT teams to plan, test, and implement patches effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems engineering or programming, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
• 7+ years of experience in endpoint patching and compliance preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 Operating Systems
• Experience with BigFix and MECM client management
• Familiarity with security tools such as Qualys for vulnerability detection and remediation
