Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with select enterprise customers
- Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on the company's architecture and collaboration solutions
- Manage internal procedures and collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Fortune 500 customers
- Project management experience in large or enterprise-level environments
- Solid understanding of IP Telephony, SIP or H323, and Audio/Video codecs
- Experience troubleshooting network issues, including firewalls and NAT
- Proactive approach to building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction
