Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support enterprise customers and ensure their success with the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with select enterprise customers
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on the company's architecture and collaboration solutions
  • Manage internal procedures and collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 customers
  • Project management experience in large or enterprise-level environments
  • Solid understanding of IP Telephony, SIP or H323, and Audio/Video codecs
  • Experience troubleshooting network issues, including firewalls and NAT
  • Proactive approach to building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction
