Job Summary

A company is looking for an ACA Client Manager 3 to oversee and plan enterprise-level support and service activities for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for service-related matters
  • Plan and oversee the delivery of support and service activities to align with client needs
  • Coordinate the resolution of service incidents and escalate technical issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of Client/Account Management experience
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise-level support and service operations
  • In-depth knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and employer compliance obligations
  • Extensive knowledge of products and services offered
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
