Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee the development of an RFID tracking platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into technical plans and engineering backlogs focusing on scalable architecture
• Partner with engineering leads to guide system development across various platforms and technologies
• Drive development cycles ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, IL5, and RMF standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project, program, or business operations roles, preferably in federal contracting
• Proven ability to manage program budgets and schedules
• Experience supporting contracts with DoD or federal agencies
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance in a timely manner
• Familiarity with RFID, supply chain, or logistics systems is a plus
