Job Summary

A company is looking for an M365 AI Documentation Program Manager Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable processes for creating high-quality technical documentation
• Leverage AI technologies to streamline documentation creation, revision, and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with evolving features and customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, product management, or technical documentation leadership
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms
• Proven ability to design AI-driven workflows and manage generative AI for technical content
• Strong understanding of M365 ecosystems and related products
• Experience creating clear, concise, and structured content by combining AI-generated outputs with human oversight
