Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to join their growing Solutions Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the project management for the modules within scope, ensuring tasks are completed and statuses reported accurately
• Work with customers to understand their specific needs and implement tailored solutions
• Hands-on configuration of the module, including setup, data triage, and customization

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an implementation specialist or similar role in a B2B SaaS company
• Strong project management skills with an understanding of task dependencies
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
• Strong technical understanding of platform data connections and ability to work with data feeds
• Confident in presenting to stakeholders and motivating them to complete tasks
