A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst (Healthcare) to support a leading healthcare data organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure stability and performance of CEND/Population Explorer platforms
- Support customer onboarding, API validations, and issue resolution
- Develop reports/dashboards to track utilization of services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Python and SQL preferred
- Azure Databricks required; Azure and GitHub experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HL7 healthcare data standards
