Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology Consultant to join their Managed Application Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ticket intake and triage from customer contacts while overseeing MAS support tickets
- Build and modify workflows, business rules, and automations, along with configuring urgent system issues
- Provide proactive guidance on client-led testing and create/update reports using SSRS and Crystal Reports
Required Qualifications
- Experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform
- Background in IT business analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and system administration
- Experience supporting highly technical and complex enterprise information systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High aptitude for complex problem analysis and resolution
