- Experience as a master facilitator and coach, with a background in designing adult learning programs
- Familiarity with tools like DiSC, MBTI, StrengthsFinder, EQ-i, and Agile leadership frameworks
- Ability to communicate with clarity and empathy across technical and business audiences
- Experience creating engaging and impactful experiences
