Temporary Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time (short-term) Processing Specialist who will work 100% from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming documentation to determine eligibility for coverage elections
• Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Proven customer service and data entry experience
• Experience with verification services, COBRA administration, or related fields is a plus
• Ability to self-start and maintain a positive attitude
• Understanding and adherence to information confidentiality
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
