Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead the accounting function and manage financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the outsourced accounting team and ensure accuracy in monthly close deliverables
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and maintain a strong internal control environment
• Recruit, train, and lead an internal accounting team while improving financial processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Experience in healthcare services or multi-site operations preferred
• Proven success in transitioning accounting from outsourced to in-house
• Hands-on ERP experience and proficiency with Excel/BI tools
