Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Sr Manager - Property Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs for clients
• Manage regulatory compliance and track operational and safety risks
• Lead initiatives to improve safety culture and reduce risks across multiple sites

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
• Professional certification in HSE (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM)
• Experience in property management and HSE Management Systems preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA regulatory compliance is preferred
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex operational problems
