Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Content and Instructional Specialist, Spanish Language Arts (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and revise Spanish Language Arts content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment to state standards
• Oversee a team of content writers, providing feedback and ensuring instructional coherence
• Collaborate with English Language Arts leads to align Spanish materials with the English program while maintaining cultural integrity

Required Qualifications

• Native or near-native Spanish proficiency with strong academic and editorial command
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, Bilingual Education, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development or review for an educational publisher or Edtech company
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of curriculum developers or writers
• Experience in adapting or aligning curriculum to meet state standards
