Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex searches and examine public land records for title insurability
• Train and assist fellow commercial searchers with inquiries and processes
• Compile records related to real property and work with the Underwriting Department on search matters

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience examining residential title in Texas
• Deep knowledge of state and county recording statutes and title standards
• Experience with search protocols and lien priority rules
• Associates degree or equivalent experience in the field
• 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
