A company is looking for a Closing Coordinator, REO.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the loan closing process, including communication with clients, borrowers, and attorneys
- Prepare Title Bills and closing documents in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with service level agreements
- Confirm closing dates, locations, documentation, and funds due at closing with relevant parties
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of practical work experience in the real estate industry or vendor management in a multi-state environment
- Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings
- Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven customer service skills
