California Licensed Transaction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to oversee tenant representation accounts and leasing transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transaction management engagements and coordinate local market brokerage activities
• Ensure high-quality delivery of transaction management services in compliance with client governance
• Support client relationship management and prepare business reviews, ensuring compliance and quality

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial/industrial corporate real estate with a focus on transaction management
• People management or direct report experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Law, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of real estate principles, leasing, and transaction management
• Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar workflow tracking systems and high competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
