Director of Global Real Estate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Global Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a global real estate strategy for over 3,000 stores and align it with company-wide strategic business plans
• Lead the translation of global strategy into actionable plans and manage major deals through the Global Real Estate Council process
• Define and refine global real estate processes, monitor fleet performance, and develop market mapping capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate management or consulting
• Experience engaging with multiple management levels, including C-suite leaders
• Ability to conduct complex analyses and present insights clearly
• Proven ability to scale programs with a global perspective
• International experience is preferred
