Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Management Portfolio Manager to manage small multifamily properties and investor-owned portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of small multifamily properties and investor-owned portfolios, serving as the main point of contact for each owner
• Oversee rental rate setting, lease negotiations, and enforce lease agreements while managing maintenance requests and client issues
• Develop strong client relationships and refine systems tailored to small multifamily and multi-owner portfolios

Required Qualifications

• Degree in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred
• Must have an active California Real Estate license
• 5+ years of experience in residential property management, preferably with small multifamily or portfolio-level oversight
• Working knowledge of property regulations and proficiency in property management software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
