Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appraiser I to support the valuation process through research and analysis of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and review complex property valuations, especially for high-value homes and real estate worth $5+ million
• Prepare detailed appraisal reports and evaluate escalated AMC valuations
• Collaborate with teams and mentor Appraiser II while staying current on appraisal standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3-5 years of real estate appraisal experience required
• Knowledge of USPAP and Appraiser Independence Requirements
• State Certification Residential is required
• Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office, specifically Excel
