A company is looking for a Senior Director, Space and Occupancy Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct overall planning and development of spatial activities and manage current projects
• Collaborate with account leadership and client representatives to maintain client relationships and staffing needs
• Prepare operational presentations and ensure compliance with core program standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Architecture, Interior Design, Corporate Real Estate)
• 7+ years of experience in Occupancy Planning or Strategic Planning
• Prior Director Level leadership experience
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft applications
• Basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate and Financial concepts
