Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and manage lease renewals and new site acquisitions
• Negotiate leases and sales, coordinate with internal and external teams, and track transaction activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Experience in healthcare transactions preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Advanced organizational and mathematical skills
