A company is looking for a Homesale Corporate Relocation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate relocation services and perform needs assessments for relocating employees
- Manage home sale programs and ensure compliance with IRS guidelines
- Maintain communication with corporate clients and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years of Relocation and/or Real Estate experience
- Previous experience with home sale processes and equity funding strongly preferred
- Intermediate computer skills in Word and Excel
- Proven track record of providing superior customer service in relocation experiences
