A company is looking for a Training & Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and create learning materials for onboarding and upskilling staff
- Design learning curricula and build training assets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Implement and maintain learning plans across various R&D departments
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience OR Associate degree with 10 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
- Experience in developing adult educational learning for R&D
- Strong focus on role-specific training and measuring training success
- Hands-on experience in Biotech and/or Pharma R&D Adult Education
- Background in cross-functional collaborations within clinical operations and related areas is a plus
