Key Responsibilities
- Recommend, design, and develop innovative learning and development programs
- Facilitate training opportunities and collaborate on new hire orientation
- Conduct annual assessments of training program effectiveness and maintain compliance training administration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience creating structured training programs
- 2 years delivering interactive training in a remote environment
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and web-based applications
- Relevant certification such as CPLP, CPTM, or CID is preferred
