Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop engaging technical training content for software engineers
• Embed with engineering teams to collaborate on understanding new technologies
• Manage curriculum development and project timelines, addressing documentation gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in full-stack web development or software engineering
• Background in instructional design or corporate training
• Experience creating technical training videos and documentation
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Google Suite and MS Office
