Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to assess compliance training needs and identify required learning outcomes
• Develop comprehensive training curricula and create training materials for various roles
• Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions while evaluating their effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Human Resources, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery
• Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
