Job Summary

A company is looking for a Defense and Government/Travel Consultant III (experienced).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and complete travel arrangements for complex accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing informed recommendations for the best traveler experience
• Resolve complex problems and manage first-level customer complaints

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer service environment
• 3+ years as a Travel Consultant
• Advanced knowledge of GDS and booking tools
• Solid travel industry knowledge
• Military experience/certifications may substitute for some requirements
