Triage Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Triage Statline, responsible for managing shift productivity and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee performance, quality adherence, and provide coaching and support
• Train new employees on processes and maintain training records
• Oversee shift productivity, manage resource schedules, and ensure service delivery quality

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Life Science or a medically related field
• 2 to 4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and computer software (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of HLA processes and organ functionality
• Ability to adapt to change and effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
