A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide assistance to users and facilitate technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical support regarding the WP E-Signature plugin
- Assist users with sales questions and general troubleshooting of WordPress sites
- Engage with customers daily to ensure a positive experience and resolve any issues
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience with WordPress, including plugin and theme troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving
- Availability for 40+ hours per week, including participation in bi-weekly meetings
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills
- Access to a personal computer and reliable internet connection
