Job Summary
A company is looking for an AMS360 Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to all users on AMS360 and ancillary products post-conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control and consistency
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding AMS360 users, including revising security as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or software
- At least 3 years of experience using AMS360 agency management software
- Experience with ImageRight, Agency Zoom, BenefitPoint, InsurLink, and PL Rater preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected
