Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing expert-level support and guidance
- Manage the deployment and configuration of solutions in diverse customer environments
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for the Knowledge Base
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of expertise in Customer Support and User Support positions
- Knowledge and practical skills in installing and configuring Linux operating systems (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian)
- Ability to configure network settings and Linux OS routing
- Experience with Docker
- Understanding of information security in networks and web applications
