UKG Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Pro Solutions Consultant to assist clients with implementation and support of UKG software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, analysis, and documentation of configuration requirements
• Configure UKG software, facilitate user acceptance testing, and provide product training
• Build relationships with customers and mentor junior consultants while contributing to team knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience with UKG and leading software implementations
• 3+ years working in a SaaS environment and with UKG or Legacy Ultimate/Kronos
• Certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP are a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Demonstrated experience across multiple verticals, including Healthcare and Retail
