Vendor Accounts Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Vendor Accounts to support claims and enrollment operations in managing vendor activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support to vendors and monitor inventory levels, aging, and backlog
• Analyze vendor performance and service level agreements to identify trends and improve processes
• Assist in the development of reports and forecasts based on business data and vendor competencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in Healthcare, Vendor Management, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and advanced spreadsheet functions
• Ability to operate independently in a matrixed organization
• Experience with vendor management and contract terms is preferred
