Vendor Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Analyst II to lead the full contract lifecycle and ensure compliance while driving value across the vendor ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the contract process lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, executing, and renewing agreements
• Serve as a subject matter expert on contract compliance and supplier governance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and mitigate risk

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration
• Proven ability to manage the full contract lifecycle and interpret legal/business terms
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in contract management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Law, or related field is preferred
