Venture Partnerships Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnerships Manager, Venture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with accelerator and incubator program teams to position the company as a global hiring and payroll partner
• Collaborate with selected venture firms to support portfolio companies and create joint engagement opportunities
• Engage with founders, educating them on solutions and connecting them with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or program management, preferably with accelerators or venture capital
• Proven ability to build and activate new relationships independently
• Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying role with accountability for pipeline and revenue
• Background in HR tech or fintech, and experience with early-stage startups is a plus
• Experience working in a remote, distributed team is advantageous
