Vice President of AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Head of AI to establish and lead its enterprise AI/GenAI strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and foster a culture of innovation across Data Science, MLOps Engineering, and AI Engineering teams
• Partner with executive leadership to prioritize and roadmap high-impact AI initiatives
• Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices while navigating evolving regulatory considerations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience with generative and agentic AI, including deploying real-world use cases into production
• Familiarity with P&C insurance or financial services is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to measure and communicate business value tied to enterprise objectives
