Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives
• Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks across all business units and digital platforms
• Build and lead a high-performing cybersecurity team while promoting a culture of security awareness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of building and scaling security programs in complex environments
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are preferred
• Deep understanding of security architecture, cloud security, and incident response platforms
