Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Leggett Operating System.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of the Leggett Operating System (LOS) to drive growth and optimize quality
• Champion lean principles and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance LOS capabilities and establish KPIs to monitor progress

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree
• 15 years of experience in leadership roles focused on operations or business transformation
• Proven experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience leading a corporate business system office in a global company preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
