Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delegate Operations Program Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual subcontractor performance review process for assigned delegated entities
• Develop and update audit tools, and conduct audits of delegated entity operations
• Prepare and submit performance and audit reports to the compliance team and government programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Three years of directly related experience in a managed care or health insurance setting required
• Leadership experience required
• Experience in management principles, policies, and regulations related to assigned programs required
• Experience and/or training in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software, required
