A company is looking for a VP, Global Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a global enablement strategy to drive revenue growth and operational excellence
- Establish partnerships with regional sales leaders to create joint enablement plans aligned with global objectives
- Design and maintain a comprehensive enablement program roadmap across the sales lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, sales, or sales enablement
- 15+ years of experience in sales or sales enablement within a global B2B technology or services company
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to design and operationalize global enablement strategies
