Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the sales funnel to evaluate pipeline health and identify trends
- Develop frameworks to assess deal health and provide strategic recommendations
- Serve as a strategic advisor to sales leaders, aiding in decision-making through reporting and insights
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related discipline
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Proven ability to translate data insights into operational improvements
