A company is looking for a SaaS Sales Representative to manage the full sales lifecycle and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and manage a pipeline targeting HR, TA, and PeopleOps decision-makers
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enhance product positioning and adoption
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in early-stage startups
- Proven success managing end-to-end sales cycles with HR, TA, or PeopleOps stakeholders
- Strong ability to generate pipeline independently
- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms and proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
