Job Summary

A company is looking for a SaaS Sales Representative to manage the full sales lifecycle and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Build and manage a pipeline targeting HR, TA, and PeopleOps decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enhance product positioning and adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in early-stage startups
  • Proven success managing end-to-end sales cycles with HR, TA, or PeopleOps stakeholders
  • Strong ability to generate pipeline independently
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRIS platforms and proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
