- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or technical sales in networking or enterprise infrastructure
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills for technical audiences
- Proven success in managing cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with sales methodologies and platforms like Salesforce and LMS tools
- Facilitation expertise or certifications in sales methodologies such as Challenger or MEDDPICC
