Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Technology Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of the enterprise technology stack and establish governance for shared systems
• Ensure operational readiness and compliance, with authority to stop or defer technology launches
• Drive system stability, interoperability, and oversee vendor relationships and contract performance

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology operations leadership, with at least 7 years at the executive level in healthcare or digital health
• Proven experience in operational governance for complex technology ecosystems
• Deep expertise in EHR, enterprise integrations, and compliance
• Strong vendor management and contract enforcement experience
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization, aligning cross-functional teams
