Virginia Licensed Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II to guide and facilitate the adoption of the Scrum framework within development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects using agile methodology to manage and deliver solutions while facilitating communication between teams
• Facilitate daily team meetings to track project progress, address roadblocks, and ensure deadlines are met
• Plan and organize demos and testing while removing impediments for the scrum team and tracking project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
• Scrum Master Certification is required
• Experience as a contractor/contingent worker in a relevant field is required
